Sales Representative

Respond to inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities for residential and commercial moving and storage services

Conduct phone, virtual, or in-home consultations to assess customer moving needs

Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for standard residential and commercial moves

Explain services, pricing, and scheduling options to prospective customers

Enter and maintain customer, lead, and booking information in the company’s scheduling system

Coordinate confirmed jobs with dispatch and operations for scheduling

Address customer questions throughout the sales process

Meet monthly sales quotas and booking targets

Maintain working knowledge of residential, commercial, and storage service offerings

Strong communication and customer service skills

Must be able to work on-site in Waldorf, Maryland
