A Customized Quality Control Plan

We create a quality control plan that’s unique to your household or commercial moving project to make sure it gets completed quickly and smoothly. Quality moving services begin with proper training.  Prior to being hired, a thorough background check is completed.  Each employee undergoes a rigorous training program as soon as they are hired.  They are taught how to properly protect both buildings and the items they are handling.  We also have regular refresher courses to ensure that our quality standards are met.

District Moving Companies, Inc strives to keep the same crew on your move from start to finish.  This ensures that everyone involved knows what is going on and that each of our customers are satisfied and comfortable with their supervisor.

District Moving Companies, Inc schedules regular meetings with employees to address concerns and needs.

Quality moving requires quality trucks.  Our on-site mechanic addresses any vehicle concerns within 24 hours and our late model trucks are rarely out of service.  In the rare event of a breakdown, we have a fleet of backup vehicles prepped and ready to roll.

Our Quality Control Manager (QCM) makes random inspections of each job.  The QCM checks for arrival time, vehicle cleanliness, proper uniforms, proper building protection, and proper work assignments.  The QCM completes written evaluations of each crew member.  If any crew member deficiencies are found, the crew member is re-trained in the areas they exhibit weakness.

District Moving Companies, Inc encourages feedback from each customer.  We are constantly trying to improve and knowing what each customer thinks helps us to implement better strategies.  In the rare event that a complaint is received, District makes every effort to immediately correct the issue.  Our customers are our best form of advertisement and unhappy customers are unacceptable.
